Strict Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy
We understand that your activities are not fixed, and your schedule can change. We request that you inform us of your plans to cancel or reschedule your appointment 3 days before your appointment. Appointment canceled within 3 days will incur your booking fee which is 50% of the service fee.
